INTRODUCTION OF FAISAL ENTERPRISES:
Faisal Enterprises constructed on the land measuring 1 Acre has been founded in Jan 2019 and is operative since Jan 2020 for production. The factory comprising of four (4) floors is situated at S.I.T.E Karachi Pakistan.
Areas for processing, manufacturing, finished goods, dispatches, lab, workshop, and administration block is properly structured keeping ISO 9001-2015 and Health & Safety version in view. Further, the QA/QC system has been established at Incoming, in-process, finished, and dispatch stages including Quality Check Online. The lab furnished with all necessary equipment is also functional to perform day-to-day tests following GPM compliance practices.
We would like to bring forward the ISO 9001-2015 & Health Safety Certification is already nearing to audit stage while the Food Safety Management System, Halal Food Management System & Environment Management System version are in pipeline. Floors are equipped with a state of arts USA-made Flexographic Machine designed for 10 Colors for printing poster paper, self-adhesive art paper, craft paper, surgical paper & bubble gum paper.
This stage is worth mentioning that the self-adhesive art paper being used at our end is imported & world the best quality. Its salient features are hereunder.
 It sticks quickly.
 Once the paper stuck cannot be detached or peeled off but get torn out hence no possibility of tempering.
 The adhesive complies with FDA 175.105.
 Its applications include pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food industries & lubricant products.

 One year shelf life storing at 23+-2 degree centigrade at 50+-5 % R.H.
As we are quality conscious, UV ink imported from the UK is provided to the flexographic machine to achieve superior print quality. Its salient characteristics are as follows.
 Superior print quality.
 Not scratch-able.
 It does not get fad and no change in gloss or appearance-wise exposure to the sun.
 Its quality lasts for five years.
Apart from this, Extrusion Lamination, wax coating, bag making machine, slitters, maintenance workshop & in-house design development facilities are also available.
